Every day we’re selecting lucky thrifters (at random!) to receive their order TOTALLY free. By placing an order, you will be entered for a chance to have your full order price refunded. We’ll notify you by email if your order is chosen.

“Free Order” Sweepstakes Terms:

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
• Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ThredUp, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
• Duration: The sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM PST.
• Entry: To enter, make a purchase on 777Thrift.com during the sweepstakes period. Each purchase counts as one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day.
• Alternate Method of Entry (“AME”): You may also enter by filling out the form found here. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day.
• Prize: One (1) winner will be selected at random every day during the sweepstakes period, and will receive a refund of their order amount. If a winner is randomly selected from the AME, the customer will be contacted with instructions to place an order, and will be refunded for the amount of the order, up to $35 USD.  
• Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected at random every day during the sweepstakes period and will be notified via email within seven days of the drawing.
• General Terms: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods and services. Each household is eligible to win a free order once per year. If the winner does not respond to the notification within five days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ThredUp Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from any liability, claims, losses, damages, and rights arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• Disputes: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California.
• Governing Law: The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and all proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
• Privacy Policy: Personal information collected from entrants is subject to ThredUp's privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.thredup.com/legal/privacy-policy.

It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process your order. Once shipped, you should receive it in 3-8 business days.

Note: Shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam may take up to 6 weeks in some cases.

We currently only ship to the United States.

All orders are subject to a flat $7 shipping fee. For orders over $77, shipping is free!

Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have additional questions, reach out to 777thrift@thredup.com for support.

If the estimated delivery time frame for your package has passed, please contact 777thrift@thredup.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to track your package.

Sometimes, orders are prematurely scanned as delivered and may still be held at the post office for pickup. We ask that you please take the following steps before we investigate further:
• Check with your neighbors, roommates, property manager, or front office
• Search around your porch or property in case the package was placed in a secure and hidden location
• Confirm with your delivery provider to see if the package was held
If you don't receive your order within 14 days, please reach out to 777thrift@thredup.com.

Please reach out to 777thrift@thredup.com to see if an update to your shipping address is possible—make sure to include your order number and new address. Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. In these cases, we recommend establishing a mail forwarding address.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the chosen payment method. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, ThredUp Customer Service may be able to cancel your order. Please reach out to 777thrift@thredup.com with your order number.

All items listed on 777 THRIFT are final sale only and are non-returnable.

All items are processed and inspected according to strict quality standards to ensure they are “re-sellable,” meaning no signs of wear (pilling, shrinkage, fading), no damage (missing parts, rips, stains, odors), and no alterations.

Our inventory is constantly changing because we receive items from our customers’ closets. We list new items every hour, so check the site often to find your perfect match!
